Who we are

ShotLord is run by [company name, address]. Contact for privacy questions: support@example.com.

What we collect

Account: your email, name and sign-in method (handled by Clerk).

Content: what you upload (pictures, video, audio, voice samples) and create (prompts, images, videos, projects).

Billing: plan, credit history and the Lemon Squeezy order and subscription ids. Card details go to Lemon Squeezy, never to us.

Technical: IP address, request logs and error reports, used for security, abuse prevention and fixing bugs.

Why

To provide the service you asked for (contract), to take payments and keep accounts (contract, legal obligation), to keep the service safe and stop abuse (legitimate interest), and, only with your consent, for marketing email.

Who processes it for us

Clerk (sign-in), Lemon Squeezy (payments), fal.ai and the model providers you pick (your prompt and input images are sent to the model to generate the result), Cloudflare (file storage and delivery), our hosting provider, and OpenAI's moderation service when prompt screening is set to it. Some are outside your country; transfers use standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Your content stays until you delete it or your account. Free accounts' renders may be deleted after a period of inactivity (shown in the app). Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can see, export and delete your data. Deleting your account from the account page erases your projects, uploads and renders. You may also object, restrict processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@example.com.

Voice and likeness

Voice samples you upload to clone a voice are used only to make that voice for you, and only with the consent you confirm in the app. Delete the voice to delete the sample.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in (Clerk) and to protect the service. We don't use advertising cookies.
